About Coaching
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a synergistic partnership that enables the client to take action
towards the realization of their dreams, goals or desires. As opposed to psychotherapy,
coaching focuses on a pragmatic approach to goal-attainment, rather than on
emotional issues and past experiences.
Just like an athlete wouldn’t think of training for the Olympics without
a coach to guide, support and challenge them to be their best, having a personal
coach provides you with the edge you need to go from being good to being great;
to tap into your full potential in order to take you from where you are right
now to where you want to be.
Coaching is for those who are interested living life to the fullest; those
who want to pursue the best life has to offer and who won’t settle until
they get there.
